A family business, 22+ years sweet.
It started on December 18th, 2004 — a small storefront in Chesterfield Mall, a single chocolate temper machine, and a husband-and-wife team determined to bring real, hand-crafted confections to St. Charles County. The shop moved to its current O'Fallon home in 2010, just off Highway K.
Twenty-two years later, Greg and Barbara Hill are still behind the counter, dipping turtles by hand and dreaming up new popcorn flavors. About 40% of the chocolates are still made right here in the shop — turtles, Heavenly Hash, fudge, chocolate-covered strawberries, chocolate-dipped Oreos and Twinkies, even dark chocolate espresso beans. The standard hasn't changed.
